We received our estimated closing statement for signing tomorrow, finally, and it I'm a confused first time buyer!
In one of the columns it says charge and credit. One of the things is refund to buyer and in charge is says $999, is that what we owe at signing? Or???
If its what we owe it is WAY more than our GFE was. But it also wouldn't make sense cause there are a ton of charges in that column and the total would excess 7k.
HELP!
Btw its a rdha hud type loan?I believe.
