Farloe Tango facing no major threat in The Betfred Eclipse - Heat 4 at Nottingham

No one is likely to challenge Farloe Tango?s dominance in fourth heat of the Betfred Eclipse, taking place at Nottingham on Friday, November 16th. The black dog is clearly an above average sort, and will hardly face any difficulty in cruising into the next round.

After doing plenty of practice, Charlie Lister?s charge made his way to the track a few days ago. He started his run from the third box, and showed a flawless act to claim the first place comfortably by 5? lengths.

Among his opponents are: Longwood Fantasy, Tyrur Willyjoe, Darian Chief, Kinda Neat and Master Mac. The 500 metres contest is due to get underway at 20:52 GMT. The winner of this will get not only a place in the next round, but also a handsome prize of 150 pounds.

Longwood Fantasy is no stranger to contesting Category One finals. According to many experts, the black dog is the main danger to Farloe Tango. There is no doubt over his extraordinary racing skills, but we don?t expect him to trouble the favourite from this draw.

The fourth box - the one he is currently standing in - usually does not guarantee a clear passage. And if he faces any mess which he sometimes does, he will have no chance of capturing the first spot. A place in the next round is confirmed though.

Darian Chief is well drawn, but needs to dig deeper in this class. M. Wallis? charge was runner-up on his last start here. Master Mac tends to find things a shade demanding at this level. His current form is also a huge concern.

Tyrur Willyjoe is showing great form these days, and should be in the thick of things. Winning three of the previous four races shows how good rhythm he is in. The fawn dog is surely expected to play a significant role.

Kinda Neat is likely to find these rivals a different kettle of fish. The black dog won an open race at Henlow at the end of last month, but lost his momentum thereafter. The M. Wallis-trained was not impressive the last twice.
