When you setup your new iPhone you are given the choice of restoring from your iCloud backup. Choose to do this.

Note that the iCloud restore has to be done in the setup procedure. If you forgot to do this simply choose Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings and start the setup procedure again.
