This morning I was chatting with some fellow business owner friends about an important topic:?Why does our business exist??It seems like a fundamental question that a business owner would easily be able to answer. But believe it or not, I think there are many business owners who have never really thought about it, or haven?t contemplated it in a long time. We get bogged down in the day-to-day processes of running the business and forget to think about the big picture. But understanding the answer to this question is what keeps us motivated and inspired.?

Why do we get out of bed every day and do what we do? Why does what we do matter??

I thought I would take this opportunity to share with you why what we do here at Spirit World matters to us: It is our sincere belief that?good food and drink enriches the enjoyment of our lives. The most important thing in life is family and friends, and often our experiences with family and friends revolve around food and drink. Whether we?re celebrating, honoring, mourning or just spending time together, food and drink play a big role in the way we interact with our loved ones. We at Spirit World believe that those experiences should be as special and memorable as possible, and that good food and drink play a role in that. If we make a delicious dessert tray that makes a baby shower feel a little more special, we feel honored. If we make a wine recommendation that a family enjoys over a nice dinner together, it makes us proud.?
