Nothing too huge happened this week in the way of gaming and announcements as E3 is only a few days away. Here?s what did happen:
-Humble Bundle 8 launched: Dear Esther, Capsized, Awesomenauts, Thomas Was Alone and Little Inferno are all available for ?????whatever you want to ? ? ? pay and if you pay a little more, you get Hotline Miami and Proteus as well.
-The Last of Us: As the release date closely approaches we learned that The Last of Us will be getting three DLC packs. 2 of which are multiplayer and one is going to be single player. All of which will be available individually or with the season pass for $19.99
-Flower: ThatGameCompany?s Flower is coming to Playstation Vita. This beautiful, engaging game was the second developed by the famed Journey developer. Maybe we?ll see that on Vita as well? We could only hope.
-EA Online Passes: EA has discontinued the Online Passes for all of their current online games. Much to the chagrin of those of us who can?t pay the obscenely high price they charge for their EA Sports titles.
-Sonic: Lost World: A new trailer was released showing SEGA and Nintendo?s joint effort that is this new Sonic -game. Hopefully it can breathe life in to an ol and great but unfortunately mediocre of late series.
-Andrew Scott Reisse passes away: The video game world was shocked and saddened as the co-creator of the Oculus Rift was killed by fleeing criminals.
And that?s it for this week! As always, if I missed anything, be sure to let everyone know in the comments! The next This Week in Gaming will be out during E3 so see you all then!
